Shoes from Seville_3227

I’m not sure there’s anything happier than flamenco shoes . . . for kids!  At this store in Seville, you can get a pair in every color of the rainbow!–red orange yellow green blue indigo violet.

“Roy G. Biv.”  (Remember the acronym??)

So:  get dancing!

Oh my goodness, so funny you posted that acronym! My Megan was trying to remember it this morning before she left for the week, and I had never heard of it… What a strange coincidence!

And those shoes – SO cute! I can totally picture my girls in fancy little shoes like that. (funny side note, my youngest daughter agreed to take dance for one more year on the condition that I get her a pair of heels. Not very high, she said. Just a little high. And only for church… These shoes would fit the bill perfectly! 🙂 )

And ohhh, how I WISH I had had a pair of these shoes when I was a young thing! Miss Zinnia’s got a bad case of the dots, too–flamenco dots, that is. And you’re right: these shoes are exactly the right height and exactly the right size of happy. xx

Love! Love! Love. How can you NOT be happy when you put a pair of those shoes on? I wish I had a pair right now :). I am sure regardless if you are a girl or a women those shoes make you skip, dance, sing and be merry. In fact, the tune to “The hills are alive”…with Julie Andrews twirling around just popped into my head. I see HOURS of catching up and hearing all about your adventures when you return…..cannot wait…I will make the cookies if you bring the lemonade 🙂
