I can’t get enough of Budapest! It’s not possible. Especially when four competing sets of eyes keep fixing on things like vintage jewelry, or the monstrous cathedral—surprise!—just around the corner, or the gelato, or the wildly new (translate old) architecture, or the windows laden with boxes of geraniums. And everyone’s saying, “Mom, check this out!” and “Mom, look at this!” and “Ohmygoshmomcomehere!”

So much to see!
I’ve been to Europe before, a few times, but this trip . . . with kids who can oooh and aaah and exclaim and who take so much delight in everything! Next to the word “great” in the dictionary, it reads, “Heading out into Budapest one summer day with the kids.”

Really, you’ve gotta try this.
